Given how crazy the market is, it took us many bids to secure a wonderful property, but Sydney never complained on our hesitancy and unwillingness to significantly overbid. Sydney is not the kind of agent who pushes you to overbid 30+% just to earn her share, instead, she did tons of research to make sure the numbers we offered were competitive but not insane.
